Linkages with Communities
Collaboration with communities, organizations, private sector and the Royal Government is particularly important in order to develop strategies and implement initiatives or activities that are evidence-based. Close cooperation with international organizations, advisors and continuous dialogue and joint efforts with these sectors are an essential part of the Bhutan Innovative Community, particularly in developing the models and mechanisms for integrating progress for local communities.
The Bhutan Innovative Community will work closely in line for the Royal Government of Bhutan’s long-term strategy and plans. Coordination and joint implementation with relevant areas is also equally important for the Bhutan Innovative Community’s establishment and provide technical support or networking at the national and regional level. The Bhutan Innovative Community also will work closely with other national, regional and global partners in exploring avenues to bring in a harmonious, coordinated and synergistic drive for Gross National Happiness of the Bhutanese communities.
One of the main linkages will be to assist new university graduate youths to develop managerial skills and conduct applied programs in community programs. This will assist the linkages between youth and communities and develop innovative ideas in making balanced development.
