Monitoring and Evaluation
The Bhutan Innovative Community will develop short-term and long-term strategic plans based in the logical framework approach that fits the broad progammes of the Five-Year Plans of Royal Government of Bhutan. These detailed plans specify indicators, targets and other means of verification by which the performance of the Bhutan Innovative Community will be evaluated. The activities will be monitored and evaluated through mechanisms that are adopted to monitor the performances under chapter 13 of the Civil Society Act 2007.
