Organization Structure
An Article of Association and Memorandum of Association will govern the Bhutan Innovative Community. The Public Benefit Organization (PBO) of Bhutan will have one administrative division, one program division and one Research and knowledge dissemination division. The Executive Secretary of the Bhutan Innovative Community will monitor the three divisions and carrying out day-to-day work and operations.
The Bhutan Innovative Community will be governed by
- Code of Conduct and Ethics both for Board Members and the Bhutan Innovative Community staff
- The Article of Association and Memorandum of Association
- Financial Rules and Accounting System
Organizational Structure of Bhutan Innovative Community:
The Code of Conduct and Ethics will be provided under chapter 5, clauses 44 of the Civil Society Act 2007, when Bhutan Innovative Community is established.
The Financial Rules and Accounting System will be established as prescribed under chapter 13, clauses 92 to 100 of the Civil Society Act 2007.
The Article of Association and memorandum of Association will also be established as prescribed under chapter 7 clauses 44 of the Civil Society Act 2007.
